This studio loft features a comfortable king-size bed, fast Wi-Fi, a stocked kitchen equipped for your every need, a TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Relax inside with the cool AC after exploring. Free public parking spaces are available, but please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved. A damage protection fee of $20 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and the Town Center. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests must only park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house, without blocking anyone else's driveway. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the booking platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or trash issues. Guests may see bugs in the home due to Oklahoma's climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If you have trouble accessing the unit, please call for assistance. If you choose to check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given in the event you cancel. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are NOT allowed; a $200 fine will be issued for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with un-reported extra guests will result in a $250 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each bag over that is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. There is a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule, and tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries are provided; guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond that.
