Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Kissimmee Station is a 22-minute drive and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is a 27-minute drive. It is 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 11. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. There are additional parking spots on the street next to the home, but these are not reserved and their availability cannot be guaranteed. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am. Staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please be reminded that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs.
