Credit report and score pulled via Equifax - Have verifiable, reliable gross income of at least 3 times the rent - Have no judgments or evictions/eviction proceedings - Have no more than 2 occupants/bedroom - Not owe any money to a previous landlord - Not have any unpaid utilities or car payments reported on the credit report or court records APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (HOW TO APPLY): Visit our company website at Click on Rental Search and click on the property you want to apply for, then click on APPLY NOW. Ensure that you have all the required documents to complete the application (your most recent 6 weeks of paystub for all income sources, any award letter for Social Security, disability or retirement income, Government Issued IDs for all adults, most recent orders if military). UPON APPROVAL: A full month's rent and security deposit must be paid with certified funds to our office within 48 hours of approval. MILITARY APPLICANTS Please upload a copy of your most current orders with your application. Your PRD must be at least 12 months after your lease start date. ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN RENT: - Application Fee - $65 per person 18 and older that will be residing in the home - One-time Administrative Fee - $200 - Security Deposit Minimum of one-month rent.
