Whether you want it plain and simple, such as plain old catfish basket, popcorn shrimp or boiled oysters, or something a bit more fancy, such as shrimp en brochette or chicken alfredo, Sam's has got your order. They also serve some fantastic cajun classics, such as gumbo, jambalaya and shrimp and crawfish etouffe, and a great selection of appetizers including buffalo wings, stuffed jalapenos and fried mushrooms. Not in the mood for seafood? Then try one of their menu of fresh salads, including those including oriental, fajita, ranch or crispy chicken, in addition their classic caesar and house salads.
