We moved in before they started renovations and still had great working appliances. They are very spacious apartments and have a huge amount of storage compared to many places in the area. The sunken living room is so fun and separates the space nicely for a dining room area. For the two of us, a one bedroom was the perfect size. The area is very convenient for shopping and fun outings. You are about 15 minutes from downtown and the HarMar Mall is just around the corner, as well as the Rosedale Mall. The apartment building itself is located right off the fairgrounds and UofM St. Paul campus, which was a great, quiet place for walking. We liked that it wasn’t surrounded by shops and people all the time, but instead the campus agriculture fields. Stout’s Pub is the closest place across the street and has amazing food and drinks. Overall, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. We wished we didn’t have to leave, but we hope this review will help other people make their decision.
