Decent apartment
July 28, 2015The apartment is in decent shape, though the square footage was exaggerated slightly. Central A/C doesn't really work so landlord had to install a window unit. I live in the only unit without a dishwasher so I brought my own countertop one and it fits well. Refrigerator died after the first month but landlord quickly replaced it with a stainless steel one. Oven is about half the size of a normal oven and doesn't have any digital thermometer so you have to check thermometer inside of the oven to ...see the temperature. Shared laundry with 2 other units. All utilities are included except internet. Getting packages delivered is a pain if you need a signature because no doorbells work and there is limited space to leave packages. Dogs in every other unit so it can get noisy. Landlord charges $500 non refundable fee for a dog which is only reason I don't have one.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
