I Love The Ideal of Living On the End Unit With a Blocked in Yard For My Two Year Old Son! We Get to Enjoy fun Events on Fourth of July Due to The Community College Down the Street Events and Fire Work Display. Three Bedrooms and Two Baths on a Single Floor Plan Couldn't Be Better, With Just a Little Touch of My Own. My Small Spacious Four Plex Has a Outside Adventity ...I Was Looking For, I Wanted a Place to Call Home. To Have Outdoor Barbecues and a Family Fun Life Style to Put up a Pool or Relax Under the Stars on the Padio Set! I Like My Friendly Arvada Neighborhood. Deffinitely Kid Friendly Community With a Park Down My Street, Walking Distance Is The Best. I Due Pay $1,600 for My Living, But This Is Definitely a Place I Feel Comfortable Letting My Son Express Himself. Although Were Under a Single Floor Plan, it Makes Life a Little More Simple to Be able to Have Washer and Dryer in Reach, So I Can Continue on My Daily Life Style and Cook a Home Cook Meal, and Still Have Time to Get Some Clean Laundry Done! I Would Be Honored to Win a Prize on Apartments.Com So I Can Move Up In The World and Continue on With College As a Single Parent, So Adventually I Can Have My Own Place My Son Can Call His Own. 58th Place, a fine place to be!
July 23, 2015I have lived in this complex for about 3 years. Despite having four different management companies in that amount of time, I have very few complaints. Maintenance takes a while to get stuff done, and the parking situation can be frustrating... that's it! I've never been happier in an apartment than in this one. With multiple parks nearby, and watching fireworks over Lutz Fieldf off your back porch, what else could you ask for? :)Review from Apartments.com
