April 9, 2019I love Oak Grove Downtown! I just renewed for my 4th year and am very happy with my apartment. The management (Stephanie & Khari) and maintenance (Tony) are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure every resident is happy from timely email responses to 24/7 accessibility for maintenance to upgrades/renovations upon request. The location is perfectly central for city living and the layouts are unique. Deeply regret living here
August 14, 2018Deeply regret living here. My friend had a good experience so I did not listen to the negative reviews or the C- Better Business Bureau rating. Don't make the same mistake. This company never missed a chance to charge for anything, meaning I paid way more over the course of my time there then my actual monthly rent. I am certain my deposit will never make it to my forwarding address. They were 100% out for my money and nothing else. The nice location is not worth dealing with shitty office ...employees and hidden fees. Live somewhere with a good reputation and don't give these people any more money. **Edit: Never received my deposit and am currently going through the Dept of Revenue since they never sent my CRP.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 21, 2018Instead of working with me when I lost my job they excited me! I had their money they just wouldn’t tell me how I could pay it! Instead they ignored me!!! I even Explained my situation early in the month and about 2 weeks later I was Served with eviction papers! The worst experience I've ever had in my life
May 24, 2017This place is absolute trash, if you want to be treated like garbage and want your place to be a disgusting mess this is definitely for you. The front door was broken for a long time and a homeless dude would sit out in the hallway, my front door knob broke and it took 4 days for them to fix it,they do not respect you and treat you like a criminal.
