This apartment provided me with the most thorough move-in day walk through I have ever experienced. The building is consistently well maintained and had great communication with me through every step of touring, applying, and moving in. I feel so comfortable living here and the location is everything!

First time mover here. For my first experience of being a renter, it is a great place especially if you are living on your own or with a partner. PROS: -The space for the rental price is far much more affordable in comparison to a lot of other places that I have looked at in the area. fairly bigger when you look in person (management recommends before you decide to move in.) - water, and sewage being included in rent. - lots of windows for natural room lighting. PGE bill can be low if you ...

are good at budgeting. -very clean amenities. - cleaning staff is very nice and amazing at what they do. - management is very communicative, responsive, and are very accommodating. very awesome at what they do. and they will email you in case there are updates in the community fairly ahead of time. -recent upgrades of security. feels more secure. - recent upgrades to amenities as well (laundry, bike room) CON: - if you don't like stairs, or going up and down every time you go out, this place does not have an elevator considered, it is an older building (but I love it personally to keep me fit and active since I am a commuter) From everything that I have listed, I love this place as a starter. I think this place is up to date and it is gorgeous inside the apartments. They pretty much are up to date with the photos that are shown here, and it is better to see it in person. They do appear a bit bigger! It is a cute place that I can call my home.

I have lived at this beautiful apartment for 3 years and I absolutely adore my unique home. It is right next to the Lake Merritt, and walking distance to everything from Bart and ofcourse a walk nice walk around the lake. The management always takes great pride in taking care of your needs and are very supportive.
