The gentleman who came to perform the move out inspection told me specifically that I would have to pay $90 for cleaning. Among our differences in opinion, I understood. However, after getting my security deposit it listed painting charges of ~$280. Also they tried to take $25 from a missing key when I physically handed them the keys. This is a typical property management company taking advantage of the security deposit. Instead of receiving ~$760 back, I got ~$480. The gentleman was ...

unresponsive and pushing me to the office. The office was pushing me back to him. Do not expect to receive the full security deposit with this company. If I were you, I’d choose another property management company.
