June 9, 2017Pros: Free washer, close to Plaza, easy parking, and low utilities Cons: You get what you pay for. Apartments were supposedly renovated but had multiple issues. Maintenance that was supposed to be done before I moved in was never completed. You probably won't get deposit back. Questionable business practices.Review from Apartments.com
