Unbelievable
August 15, 2016Unbelievable!!! I've never seen management like this in my whole life! I moved in one of their studios at Minnehaha Ave two weeks ago, and my studio is full of cockroaches!!! Cockroach kingdom! I called them immediately (it was in the middle of the week) and they told me that they can't do anything before next Monday!!!! Heeey, next Monday!!! That Monday is today, and guess what?! Nobody even showed up at my place to treat cockroaches! As soon as I start to thinking that this can't be any worse, ...I called them again, and the girl who is working in the office, with some heavy Spanish accent, told me to come at 4pm, to speak with the owner about that. I was in front of their office at 3:55pm, and guess what, OFFICE DOORS ARE LOCKED!!!! I read my lease, and it's clearly written that cockroaches should be treaten in 24 hours of notice! It's been all week, nobody even called or showed, or did anything!! And the worst of all of this that cockroaches are in my bed and clothes, and I personally tried to do everything to get rid of them, and there is nothing that works. Large studio in quiet neighborhood
September 5, 2015Wasn't warned about the bedbugs. Inspection forced me to discard most of my furniture and buy new stuff. Rent keeps going up and my income remains the same. Grocery stores far away. I came here from Wadena, a town of 4000 to Minneapolis, a town of 400,000. Everything in Wadena can be walked to but not here! I am here for two reasons: my kids are here and I am on the kidney waiting list at Fairview.Review from Apartments.com
Bed Bugs, Horrible Management
July 20, 2015When I moved here in Winter of 2014 I was excited because this apartment was in a convenient location and the rent was super cheap. Once I moved in I realized that I was in over my head. Ive had to throw away my mattress and get a new couch because of the bed bugs. Ive had to have the apartment exterminated twice and I was constantly calling matainece n the winter cause I didn't have any hot water!! Do yourself a favor and spend a couple hundred more just for the sake of your sanity.Review from Apartments.com
