Nobody ever calls you back unless your 2 hours late on your rent because she doesn't even get out of bed before 2pm unless she is evicting you. I was so mad when she took cash and then called me a week later to tell me I didn't pay. I had to pay the rent again!!! But when I found out that it was something they do when paid cash, and had done to other people, I was very upset. People were constantly playing loud music and the walls are paper thin so you hear everything! My kid was scared half to death of the closet thinking that it was a monster every time the neighbor had company.

show up to see the place and i wish we would have left. I think everyone smoked weed and they didn’t clean the unit before we moved in. Seeing all the red flags now but it was too late. The biggest issue is that they don’t know how to talk to their renters and when you need maintenance they don’t answer the phone it’s really upsetting. They had a fire when we lived there in one of the units and waited a year to fix it. They pulled a bin up to the unit to put all the burned junk in and being summer the lazy renters put garbage in the dump and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The whole summer it smelled like a dead body and the flies were so bad that the city came out. We saw the guy and he told us these owners are big problem owners. They can fix up the whole place and it’s still going to be Deluxe properties and they don’t know how to be decent owners. I’m not asking for great owners, they would fail that big time. They increase rent the max every year and file eviction on the 5th if you don’t pay no exceptions . They took all of our deposit and blamed stuff that they never returned maintenance calls on as the reason. I honestly could go in forever it’s that bad. Run fast away!!!!

hasn’t for a year, and two dryers. There is black mold that is most likely due to the roof leaking because they couldn’t care less about the ice dams that happen and the fact that the roof should have been replaced 5 years ago from the looks of it. The parking lot has huge potholes that they fixed with dirt but with the flooding we recently had in the parking lot it’s doubtful they will not be back again this year. The decks in most the units are falling apart and need to be painted. When the owners “fix” something it breaks because they are always more concerned about what they paid to do the work.
