I reserved the freight elevator from 1-3 for moving in and there was no representative until 1:20 and then someone else was also moving in at 2. That being said, the apartment looked great and everyone was friendly.

Just moved into 270 Hennepin and everything’s been great so far. The staff made move-in easy, the apartment was spotless, and the place feels safe and quiet. Love the layout and amenities, it already feels like home!

So far my move in has been smooth and I’m really enjoying buying furniture and personalizing my apartment. I haven’t gotten a chance to use many of the amenities yet but I look forward to doing so.

Great staff, clean apartment and amenities. Views of the city are nice and there is not much noise. Walls seem thicker than typical apartment walls.
