Cheap Updates Cockroaches 2 ant infestations - perfectly clean apartment Don't bother opening your window for fresh air, you will get a huge aroma of neighboring cooking. Landlord will open your door at 8:00am and come in, or give you a complimentary 10 minute notice if you're lucky. She will charge you for normal wear and tear, and take advantage any chance she gets. Apartment Leaked, took months to fix, left 1/3 of my room unavailable for use, and no compensation offered. Lost Keys result in ...

$75.00 Per key lost. I do not recommend moving in here, plenty of other good options, overall very bad experience and am happy to be out after a 1 year lease.
