Constructions are going on forever. I couldn't use part of the apartment for months because of that. Sometimes construction workers come into apartment without a notice.

Property is ok and I can give it a good rating for maintenance. There was a change in management and the maintenance got better over the years and they are upgrading the apartments.
Renters Be Aware:
1. You can hear everything in the surrounding apartments.
2. The way the patios are designed they seem to work as a speaker that amplifies noise coming in and loud conversations going out.
3. During the summer and fall, it can get very hot to the point of being unbearable.

location, location…you are near the Hillsdale Mall, schools and Caltrain.
I'd recommend, if you have to move in because of the rent and location, move in on the top floor only and DEAL with the sounds coming from the lower apartments. The people in the lower levels are trying to live their daily lives too.

Stuck here because off ridiculous rents are in the bay area, otherwise I would had moved years ago. The manager is very attentive and friendly. Never met anyone from the property agency. No one I have talked to here knows who they are. It's odd. The property is maintained pretty well. While my rent is high, for a small one bedroom with the tiniest kitchen and bathroom I have ever seen, my rent is probably one of the lowest in the Bay Area for the size place I have, which is really sad. Maybe 88 ...
