Management unresponsive
February 26, 2024I left this place at the end of November 2023 and they have still not refunded my security deposit. This place takes your money but doesn't want to give it back. I left the apartment is better condition than I received it and was informed that I would get the full amount back, over a month ago and still no refund of my deposit.Review from Apartments.com

Really very bad experience

The reason for leaving the apartments is mold on the walls, very bad maintenance, smell of marijuana at night, constant leaks. cockroaches a lot of garbage in parking lot and mail loud music at night very bad experience. I love this apartments
November 14, 2018I like that there is always parking space available.the towing company are very strict . If you don't have sticker from here they will tow your car and that's good!!. The apartments are close to target , Wal-Mart, and all the stores I usually go to. My apartment is specious. Maintenance is ok. Security guard is walking around. I do recommend this apartments . HOLES IN MY APT WALLS WHERE THEY COVER IT WITH STOVES AND REFRIGERATOR AND ITS HOLES IN CABINETS WHERE RATS LIZARDS AND ROACHES COME IN.. THEY EVEN HAVE SPIDERS AND MORE ...INSECTS I NEVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.. MY SON WAS ALWAYS SICK WHEN WE LIVED HERE BECAUSE THE INSECTS CARRY GERMS. THEY NEVER CLEANED MY CARPET. THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE. THE MANAGER THERE WILMER OR VELMA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A MANIPULATOR... I WILL CALL HOME ASSOCIATION AND SHOW HOW NASTY THE APTS IS. I HAVE VIDEOS OF THE APTS. THE LEAKS THEY NEVER FIX.. I HAVE VIDEOS OF ME CALLING EVERYDAY AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONES.. I WILL GET ALL THE MONEY BACK I PAID THEM.. October 29, 2018This place is very dirty!! They have mice roaches lizards...no maintenance... They misuse information... They give moving in dates have you pull up in the truck and then u can't move in...then when ya finally get your apt..the carpets were dirty..my a.c has been broke 4 times...
