Do not rent with level 10 management
May 6, 2021I currently live at the 311 Kenwood build in Minneapolis which Level 10 management purchased from who we originally signed with. Everything was great up until they took over and we now will be leaving because of them. They have to be the single worst company I have ever had to deal with. Dishonest, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. If you find out a rental unit is "managed" by Level 10 I highly recommended you look else where.
