This place is terrible! There are constant random people in the lobby. People are constantly smoking in the building. The common areas are never cleaned. I don’t use the elevator because there’s no way that’s safe. Idk what they actually do but I never see the management company so there’s that. When my year is up I’m gone.

I have lived here for 6 months and I would absolutely recommend it. It's quiet, it's clean, and whenever there is an issue they address it immediately. I've read a lot of bad reviews so I waited awhile before posting my review to see if things change. But I've been here long enough to comfortably and with confidence say it's a great place to live, I have no plans on leaving anytime...unless Prince charming comes and swoops me off my feet and moves me to Italy, but until then I shall stay!
Cockroach Hotel

This place is FULL of cockroaches. My fiancé and I have lived through 4 exterminations and are still finding them all over the building. The property management (which changes every month it seems) doesn't seem to care. And when they do anything about it they only exterminate one unit - which does nothing for cockroaches. Aside from that, the renovations are just a face lift and at times power and/or water are shut off without notice for hours. The list goes on and on with issues.
