Nice Interior but Everything Else Meh
February 9, 2019I am a current resident, coming up on lease. The interior of the apartment is a well done rehab. Negatives - No garage parking and lot is too small to hold the number of vehicles per the rental agreement - Response to maintenance and safety items by owner is slow or no-action - Gas utilities were $388 this past January 2019, due to poor furnace configuration - Noise from others tenants is loud. Poor sound insulation. - No outdoor space. - Owner did not keep up landscaping, and the yard was cut ...2-3x this past summer 2018. - The basement is left unsecured and in general, security with doors being unlocked by other residents was not addressed. - The property next door looks like a garbage dumpRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
