We offer spacious studios, 1x1 bedrooms and 2x1.5 Remodeled Apartment! Our complexes are located in San Mateo with easy access to freeways 101 & 280, ideally situated near Hillsdale Mall and offer convenient access to Caltrain, freeways, dining and local entertainment, all convenience shops are only a block away, offering great services. We offer a combination of quality features and amenities that make coming home a pleasure. Such as: Ample storage, efficient kitchens, mirrored closet doors, spacious bathtubs. There is controlled access into each building, gated garage with parking and storage at no extra cost. On-site laundry facilities, BBQ/picnic area, bike storage, elevators and heated Pool. Lease Terms: 12 Months NO Smoking prohibited on property. Deposit Amounts: All units have a base starting deposit rate of half a month rent, which may be further customized based on individual circumstances. Application Fee:$30.00 Utilities: RESIDENT pays for PG&E. As well as for Water, Garbage, Sewer, and Water Heating. Pet Policy: For an additional $50 per month, we will allow up to two pets. Cats or Dogs must be 30 lb. or less. Rental Qualification Requirements: 1- Monthly Gross income equivalent to (3.00) times monthly rent. 2- Satisfactory credit. 3- Copy of I.D & Paystubs

Great Value for such a price
April 5, 2018We stayed at 36th Ave apartments for almost 1.5 years. It's 5 mins walk from caltrain station and also 5 mins walk from Hillsdale Shopping Center. You could visit nearby lakes, sea shore, mountains withing 10-15 mins from this place. I felt the nearby apartment area was totally safe. Apartment Manager Linda and Kevin are really responsive and addresses your queries promptly. This apartment might not have fancy things like gym, tennis courts, etc. but whatever you are getting at such rates is ...truly remarkable. Location, weather & Vibe
August 14, 2015I've been living here for about 7 years and i love our apartment building. Located in between 2 major freeways- access could never be easier. A short walk to the train station makes commuting a breeze and a 3 minute walk to the mall, grocery stores and delicious restaurants makes you never need to waste gas again! save it for more fun days like driving to the beaches at half moon bay -which is about a 20 minute drive West. Or just leave your car parked in the secured gated locked building while ...you stroll the family friendly neighborhood. Feel safe in a locked building with intercom system, guests simply hit the buzzer, you can check who it is and buzz them right up. Enjoy a swim in the well maintained pool area, where you can relax and swim on these sunny Peninsula days. Live in the most desired located in the Peninsula, where we are just 20 miles from Sf and Silicon Valley. feel the vibrant energy of an evolutionary Bay Area.
