From first glance these seem very cute and a great price. Within a month we knew we’d made a mistake. There was mold growing under our master shower the entirety of the year we lived there and they did nothing about it, despite multiple requests and even reaching out to the property owners. Excess pigeon poop completely ruins the back patio to the point that you can’t even utilize it. I would not recommend this property at all.

Not worth it
March 13, 2018
I thought it was cute until I moved in. The paint chips off the wall. When it rains the downstairs floods. When you need maintenance they schedule a time and then never show up. Just built poorly light fixtures shower racks started falling out of the wall. Not worth the amount of rent you pay to live there.
