Great location, a block from beautiful lake merritt, and a 10 min bike ride to bart. Close to grocery stores, and downtown bars and restaurants. All new stainless steel kitchen amenities with marble tile countertops. The bathroom is small, but the appliances are brand new and it has a bath tub and shower. The living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms by a flight of stairs which makes late night socializing quiet for your roommate. The living room is spacious and has lots of natural ...
light with bay view windows. The rooms are on the smaller side but can fit a double bed, dresser, and side table comfortably. The building is old, which adds character, but you can sometimes hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and talking. If you are sensitive to noise or have not lived in an apt where you can sometimes hear your neighbors, this may not be the best place. You pay for location. Also the neighborhood is safe.
