Affordable living in a quiet building

I rent a studio at 701 St James, and love the property and have had good success with management. The very few, isolated issues we have had have been addressed promptly and followed up with regularly. I feel my rent and fees are more than reasonable, and the location is absolutely awesome. A short walk from RVA institutions like the Black History Museum, GWAR Bar, and parks make living here convenient. 10 minutes (or less) by car to just about anything you need, and much of what you want. ...
