Way better options in Old Town

Lots of deferred maintenance, hoa and property management don't respond to complaints from renters or owners. Roofs leak after nearly every storm. Entryway keypad/lock was broken for an entire year giving access to lobby for anyone who wanted to walk in. Units look really nice but building has lots of issues from noise transmission between floors. Most residents are older and live there only part-time. Poor community features for the cost.
