Highly recommend!
January 30, 2021This was my first apartment on my own and I absolutely loved it! It was very quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. I only needed maintenance to come out once for a blind that broke and they were there the next day! I personally spoke to Molly the most and she never made me feel like i was bugging her. Great Community
January 5, 2021Albany Landings is a great place to live if you are looking for a place that is quiet, well maintained, and has excellent service. The administrative and maintenance staff are excellent, and are very responsive with any needs you may have while living at Albany Landings. You may be able to find a community that is only slightly cheaper in this area of Columbus, but the value proposition at Albany Landings is higher than these other places when considering the quality of the staff and the ...amenities. A Wonderful Community!
September 20, 2020I’m very happy I chose Albany Landings when I relocated to Ohio. The landscaping and apartment homes are very well maintained and look great. Not to mention, every staff member I’ve interacted with has been very pleasant and helpful. I even got a couple free Bundt cakes just for being a resident, not to mention the move in gifts. Beautiful and Peaceful Apartment
September 3, 2020I recently moved into this apartment and I am so thankful to the staff at Albany Landings. Molly and Amanda are very quick to respond to my calls and gets back to me when I leave a voice message. The apartment looks nice and I love the appliances provided by the apartment. The rooms are spacious enough and not to talk ot their big walk in closet in the master bedroom. Quiet Area + Great Service!
July 24, 2020Albany Landings is the oldest community in the "new" New Albany/Westerville area yet is only 10 years old! Super quiet area with very friendly community! Lot's of sidewalks/trails throughout this and surrounding neighborhoods. Many families live here and lots of dogs! Apartments are super spacious and well-priced! Also the staff is super responsive, kind, and helpful!
