Great place to live
January 25, 2024The staff has been very helpful, having community events, such hosting July 4 views of fireworks. I have lived here for over 4 years. They hold monthly events and distribute notices about changes, filter changes each quarter. They train and rotate staff between locations of AMLI. Gyms, pool, dog wash and business center are all available amenities. Coffee choices in the morning. A safe environment far from the bustle of Denver. December 13, 2023My husband and I are relocating to Colorado in the spring. After Kayla took us on a tour we scratched the other properties off our list. I loved the unit and the layout. Peaceful
December 8, 2023After viewing 15 properties in Castle Rock, Centennial and Littleton, AMLI Littleton Village won me over! My first visit I was greeted by Brittany, her warm welcome was so genuine. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me apartments that matched my needs. The apartments she showed me were clean and spacious and the vibe felt positive. After viewing the 1 bedroom apartments I applied for a 1 bedroom immediately. Brittany walked me through the application same day right in the office. ...It was quick and easy. Given that I was moving from California timing was everything. Brittany followed up with me every step of the way. She answered all my concerns with confidence. On my scheduled move in date, I flew in from California with my two cats and got the keys to my apartment the same day. Moving in was very smooth. It's been a week now since I moved in, and I love AMLI. It is the perfect place for me. Robert in maintenance helped me with a few small details after I moved in. He was great! And Kayla provided follow up before and after my post move in maintenance request. Every time I see anyone from AMLI they always greet me with a smile. My apartment is clean and freshly painted. Great place to live with friendly people
November 30, 2023AMLI Littleton Village is a great place to live and you won't be disappointed with your choice to stay here. It is safe, quiet, and the people who choose to call this place home are friendly, courteous, and kind. Nearly all staff members live on the property itself and take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept facilities for its residents. Any maintenance call is answered the same day or at the latest the next day. I've had to change units and the process of transferring was made easy and ...right by the leasing staff. The leasing staff is very personable and quick to investigate and resolve any complaints or issues. Convenient location with everything you need in less than 5-10 minutes of driving, close to Highland Canal and Lee Gulch walking trails. The schools zoned for this location are great in the highly coveted Littleton Public School District. There are monthly events (at no cost) for residents that encourage community and an inviting atmosphere. Amenity spaces are well kept and enjoyable year round (minus the pool--summer only) and provide a space to make it easy to host parties or large groups.Property Manager Responded
