February 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for a year and the staff was nice and the building was fine. However when I moved out, I purchased the "hassle free move out" which included the buildings staff cleaning my apartment for me. I just got my final move out notice and in it, it detailed a $600 charge for a new stove top. When I inquired about this charge and sent pictures of the stove upon move out but was told that their team was unable to clean it. I offered to purchase supplies and pay for labor to clean the stovetop ...and was told no. I used to work for an appliance company and know for a fact that this product would remove the build-up they are charging me $600 for. I would do it myself but no longer live in Dallas. I am angry and annoyed that this is an issue when I paid for someone to clean my apartment and I got charged for both the cleaning or lack thereof and the charge that is not valid. Embarrassing and annoying, I would never recommend this property to anyone I cared about. Not to mention the weekly gunshots and shootings in this area. Stay far away from this.Read More
Pick Somewhere Else in Uptown
July 14, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comAmenities are somewhat maintained. I wouldn't choose this location based on the lounge pool. The water is filled with leaves, dirt, and insects. The chemicals they use to sanitize it are strong enough to irritate the skin. The best draw to this location is the convenient dog park. However, it isn't maintained throughout the weekend every Monday there are no bags and the park is disgusting. Maintenance is timely. However, when most people are WFH due to COVID, it's incredibly frustrating to have ...maintenance personnel walk through your apartment without knocking. Since I've been here, I've had two water leaks and half of the outlets in my apartment were malfunctioning when I arrived. The security inconveniences residents and doesn't do anything to prevent rule-breaking. For example, access throughout the building is secured via the Latch app. This app frequently doesn't work or won't connect. It sometimes takes too long to validate and so the elevator you're on won't go to the floor you need it to before someone else calls it. The physical security on site is a joke. It's a drive-through security person who slaps tow stickers on resident's cars if their registration is out-of-date. That isn't their job, they don't know anything about temp registration, and the glue of the sticker is almost impossible to remove. As I type this, the fire alarm is going off for the second time in twenty-four hours. Ironically, when there are noise complaints at night, security and management do literally nothing to address it. Management is the most frustrating experience here. There is a rotating pool of new faces with little turnover. This causes a communication gap between MGMT and residents. Further, MGMT calls at all times in the day with no regard for the fact that most people have to work. When I first moved in, I placed all of my broken-down boxes in the trash room. Imagine my surprise when someone from MGMT calls me to chastise me for leaving boxes there. When I explained that there was a sign in the trash room saying to do it that way, the MGMT person said she needed to talk to her boss to confirm. Finally, when I realized I had a baby on the way, and went under contract on a house, I decided to break my lease. I had three options but they were poorly explained. I was later called by management and told that I needed to pay an 85% reletting fee that I had never been informed of. February 13, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comConstant construction from 9 AM - 5 PM. I WOULD NOT recommend living here unless you like living in a construction zone. The workers also left all of their equipment and junk on our balcony on top of our garden furniture. We, of course, received no heads up from the AMLI staff about the fact that they would be working directly on our balcony. The AMLI staff is nice, but disorganized in their communication to the residents. I had high hopes for this place, but I'm disappointed. Oh ...also...Sunday nights are a doozy. Get ready for obnoxious drunk people, loud music, and bar fights right across the way. This typically goes on until 3 AM. Get ready for no sleep!Read More

September 21, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comWe've been at Amli Quadrangle for nearly two years now and really enjoy it. I work downtown and love my commute which takes 5 minutes by car, and there's also a few trolley stops close by. My husband and I love the proximity to all of the restaurants and bars, too. The leasing and maintenance staff here is also great. They have a relaxed attitude and make their residents feel appreciated.

Uptown is a pretty social and loud place so you can expect a lot of noise on the weekends and a bit of mess/trash on Saturday and Sunday morning otherwise it's a great cozy spot in the heart of everything. Also very dog friendly but the apartments near the dog run are not ideal (bad smell)
Wowza! The Complete Perfect Package!
August 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI was moving to Dallas last year from beautiful San Diego and, needless to say, was not excited about leaving California. After searching for "the perfect place" all afternoon I was quite disappointed... until I walked into AMLI Quadrangle. The staff was super nice and welcoming. When I walked into what I now call my home I knew it was the perfect place. It was spacious, had an amazing floor plan and a large kitchen. Every time I walk in the door I feel at home. The neighbor hood is amazing! ...There's so much to do all the time, it's not loud - despite all of the fun activities, and Katy Trail is right around the corner. I have a small dog and he absolutely loves it! There's so many doggie friends in the complex and there's even a dog area by the cabanas! If my pup gets dirty while we're on a walk there's a dog wash available. The staff is so nice all the time and my service requests are completed promptly. The gym is always clean and was just revamped this year. Plus, there's a Starbucks coffee machine in the leasing office! I'd recommend this spot to any and all of my friends! No matter if they're a party-goer, athlete, book-lover or artist - or all of the above :)Read More
