Good Place, Nice Gathering Areas
August 18, 2015I've lived in Dupont for awhile now. It's a pretty good place to live. Each building is kept clean by a caretaker and the maintainence is done by the central staff. I've always found them to be responsive. The best part of living in Dupont is that the management has put out picnic tables and two gazebos got residents to use. They are great for relaxing in the spring and summer. If they didn't have an annoying habit of increasing the rent every year without making improvements to the buildings ...(plenty of lawn improvements though), I'd say they were great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
