People use the roof top area at all hours of the night and there’s no one to call to make a noise complaint. People smoke in the hallways. Feels like college and trashy. Save your money and find a better apartment that has security.

Great apartment ...no access to amenities

Great apartment. Very quiet.. very clean and state of the art. I love the slow close cabinets that's a nice touch. The problem is that we have not been given a fob and we have been fully moved in for 3 days now... It sucks having to walk all the way to the front just to let myself in. It was a horrible move in experience since we kept getting locked out.. I talked to management and it's clear we won't have access for several more days... I'm just mad because we pay so much just to not be able to ...

Was great until new management came in

New management called me at work and demanded an answer if I was renewing or not. If I said no to their "early bird special", which was already increasing my rent by $300, then the price would be increased to an extra $400. The amenities are great, but you are locked out unless you schedule specific times that work for them, they keep the leasing office locked so you can't even use the coffee machine, maintenance never gets back to you, the fire alarm goes off regularly when there is no fire ...
hazard, workers will barge into your apartment whether you are home or not without warning. Needless to say, I am not renewing here.

Was so happy the day I moved out. New management is a bunch of smiling faces who do nothing. Move here if you love the smell of weed and amenities that are not being maintained. What started as a nice place to live quickly went downhill over the course of a quick 4 months

We moved to Atl for just a few months while we worked remotely. And this place has been an amazingly pleasant new home for us. The amenities are second to none and the office staff is very kind. We will miss this place!
