People use the roof top area at all hours of the night and there’s no one to call to make a noise complaint. People smoke in the hallways. Feels like college and trashy. Save your money and find a better apartment that has security.

Wow. we certainly hate to hear this as this is highly unusual. This is the first time we have ever heard this and will investigate immediately. We have not received any calls in the office or emails. We do have an emergency line where someone can be reached for this type of situation, please feel free to call anytime you need us.
If you could please call us in the office, we do have some additional questions and want to rectify this situation.
