I do not recommend moving to these apartments at all, lived here for 13 months, went through consistent staff and management changes, they always send emails that the office will be closed because they are short staffed
**WORST PART**
when moving out, they do a pre-inspection
they will tell you and advice you to not clean, do not get a service to clean, they have much better rates to clean.
they will also tell give you a very low **estimate**
after you move out, they will send you a bill that is ...
much higher than you deposit, and you will be responsible for it.
they lied and said my carpet had spots, they lied and told me the apartment needed paint, they lied and said my kitchen needed cleaning.
I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in.
