Be careful when moving out! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOW DEPOSIT
March 7, 2023I do not recommend moving to these apartments at all, lived here for 13 months, went through consistent staff and management changes, they always send emails that the office will be closed because they are short staffed **WORST PART** when moving out, they do a pre-inspection they will tell you and advice you to not clean, do not get a service to clean, they have much better rates to clean. they will also tell give you a very low **estimate** after you move out, they will send you a bill that is ...much higher than you deposit, and you will be responsible for it. they lied and said my carpet had spots, they lied and told me the apartment needed paint, they lied and said my kitchen needed cleaning. I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. Avoid this placeProperty Manager Responded

January 22, 2021The best of Aliso Creek is maintenance, maintenance technician are very nice and they follow instructions to get in, one of the best Joe and Jose. Maintenance is taken care within 24 hours most of the time. The new office staff are very friendly and polite. Trash area needs to be check most frequently, manager or Leasing manager needs to check curb appeal.
