Community is very dirty mattresses and furniture are left out by the trash bins every month and Alvista doesn’t seem to care. Why are they allowing this People pay way too much money on rent to be living like this! Don’t rent here.

Don’t recommend

At first they get you to sign by acting all nice. Then after you move in it’s a completely different story. The Main manager one minute is nice the next minute you say anything that proves her Wrong you’ll definitely be put on the bad list. Also the breezeways always look horrible also have trash or stains on them. If you walk the community you’ll see how they look and they’ll stay that way for as long as you stay here. Parking is okay. The gates haven’t worked for a while and they say they’re ...
“waiting to get a new gate company” I guess a year later and they’re still looking. Otherwise don’t recommend unless it’s something you need in a pinch.

Place is a complete joke. Nothing about this place is good. Drug dealers that sell their products without any issues even after drug raids, paper thin walls, gates that don’t ever work, promises that are never met, random fees to account balances, you’ll never get a straight answer other than pay more money or else. Stay away from this place, you’d be better off throwing money in the toilet.

Cons: 1) Cleanliness/Maintenance, 2) Unpleasant experiences with a staff, 3) Mandatory valet waste, 4) No water softening system to address the hard water in Round Rock. 5) Staff turnover is monthly 6) They try to add extra fees on rent bill 7) Parking spaces are short, so all trucks stick out into the fire zones usually a few feet I have rented from several apartments throughout Texas and this is by far ...

Lived here for 21 months till May 2016. Pros: 1) Relatively new (built in 2014), 2) Amenities (pool, gym), 3) Layout (2BR, Preserve). Cons: 1) Cleanliness/Maintenance, 2) Unpleasant experiences with a staff, 3) Mandatory valet waste, 4) No water softening system to address the hard water in Round Rock. Details below. 1) Cleanliness and maintenance were better when Broadstone managed the community. My late night maintenance emergency calls were answered when Broadstone were in charge, ...
but wasn't the case since Internacional took over. Not only my calls weren't answered, but also no reply to my messages. Experienced this twice. Also, some residents don't pick up after their pets. 2) A few interactions with the assistant manager were unpleasant. Even after paying the early move-out fee of $1,100 dollars, I have not received any of my $500 deposit back. Before I decided to move out, I was told only about the $1,100 reletting & early move-out charges when I made such inquiry and nothing about seizing the deposit. Another incident was when I dropped by the leasing office to pick up a package. I was already enrolled in auto-pay for several months when the assistant manager told me that I need to pay my rent by the end of that day to avoid any late fee. He said there was an issue with the auto-pay system. He made it sound like it was my fault to not acknowledge that there was an issue with auto-pay system when there was not a single announcement or communication from the management. When I asked him, "Hey, I was fortunate enough to find that out because I dropped by the office, but how about other residents who don't know?" He said not to worry, it was his business (and not mine) to concern about the other residents. However, I never had any issue with other staff members. All the ladies were nice. 3) Mandatory valet waste service was not worth it for me because a) the service provider often forgot to pick up the garbage or didn't see my garbage when I had a small bag inside the bin, b) they don't take the garbage on weekends, c) I didn't mind walking up & down the stairs. 4) The water in this area is hard. Since the community does not have a softener installed in the main pipes. If you don't know about the negative effects of hard water, please google it. I was beginning to see the negative effects after living here for more than a year, and it was one of the reasons why I moved out.

Worst Experience

They gave a promotional offer $500 off the first month rent. But after moving-in, they told me you were not given that offer on the day you signed. Don't believe in their words, they are very clear in cheating people. Apartments are too small for the rent you are paying. There are very good apartments in the nearby areas. Better to choose one of those than feeling for it later.

BRAND NEW APARTMENTS!!! Cordevalle apartments on Louis Henna are a new complex and are very beautiful!! They come with washer and dryer, so you don't have to worry about trying to find some. The apartment is just the right size for any one person or even your family. All of them come with a balcony, so the outdoor people and a wonderful outside area where you are able to take your dog. They also have some apartments that have views of NOT THE STREET, but views of the land that they have behind ...
them. The staff is amazing they are the sweetest and are willing to help out with anything that they can. They make SO EASY to move into and are always making the community better. They also have awesome move in specials all the time. Another thing is that they do a BUNCH of community functions for residents to get to know each other and hangout and have fun and eat FREE food. They also have doggy functions for all the residents that have dogs, and have them all play with each other. Right cross the street is an HEB. The HEB is easy to get to and so convenient for people who always forget things at the store. Stores, restaurants and shopping center are less than 5 minutes away. These apartments are amazing and I would highly recommend them to any one moving to the Austin Area.

Nice newer apartment complex, pretty quiet, and close to all the grocery stores etc. Great fitness center with a cycling room. Beautiful resort style pool. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests.
