Dishonesty at its finest

Beware! This is a half truth management; let’s start by saying the on-site management abuses her power because her sister owns the complex. Yes it’s gated; but no access code and cost for a clicker varies on managements liking of you. Yes it’s video and audio surveillance but it’s for their protection it yours, and lastly no SECURITY. Nice location for the convenience but that is all; there’s been 2 serious murders in 2 years, one tenant and one next door so it’s not the safest for the area. Pet ...

deposits are also based on managements liking of you as well as if utilities are included or billed separately and same scenario for an in unit washer/dryer. Parking, Pest and drug use is a huge problem here as well. Do yourself a favor and consider other options

It was close by Arden Mall and close to the freeway so we thought it would be great. The first month was great until they didnt clean the neighbors apartment and the cockroaches came in. They failed for the rest of the year to get rid of them. They seem nice but will not work with tenants to fix anything without only doing the bare minimum.

I like the new management of this property. They respond quicker to issues you may have. For that, I'll give them a 4 star for now. Maybe more or less later depending on their response. As for other reviewers, do you actually live here because that has not been my experience since February of this year.

If I thought the old management was terrible I was in for something else with this new management. They are horrible and rude. You need stuff fixed and they come on and do half of the work and if you don't like it they tell you to leave or they will terminate the lease. It's not if I don't like it, it's your job to fix things so you can't just make threats for not doing your job. Security is never seen anywhere yet they claim to have security however, you cannot have their number in case you ...

need them to come out for an issue with the property. They are trying to make their own rules and not honor the previous management promises or arrangements and goodness forbid the old management didn't keep records on something now it's your fault and you have to pay double or "just move if you don't like it". Stay the heck away from here and look for a place that doesn't treat their tenants like they are nothing.

It may be a cheap place to live, but there's a reason for it. Bad neighborhood. Bad management. They aren't in the office when they say they will be. Itzel is the WORST! Hilda has been nice even though she is fairly new. Work with Hilda if you can... she seems to know what she is doing (unlike Itzel). Dumpy units even though they say they are remodeled. Simply painting and covering up broken things is not a fix. No central AC and the little boxes they have aren't nearly enough to cool down the ...

There's constantly sketchy people walking around yelling at each other. Never felt so unsafe in my life. On June 9 there was even a shooting. Stay away. And the office manager lady, Itsel, is probably the incompetent and rude person I have ever met in my life. Worst place to live.

Bait and switch. They show you a nice model but that's not what you get. They promised us new appliances so we had them add it to the lease. They stated it would be installed in 30 days and they forgot. We are breaking our lease and moving. Super sketchy area. Shady landlords. Go somewhere else.
