March 24, 2021Lived here for two years and overall it was a very unpleasant place to live. And when it comes to moving out you can say goodbye to your deposit we kept up with things knowing this wasn’t our forever home and they charged us for unnecessary things. October 21, 2020People are nice, but poor planning on water shutoffs. Seems to be an "emergency" water shut off every few weeks. Rent price is very competitive for the area. They have been upgrading the property. There are only 2 guest parking spots for the entire complex, of which neither are ever available. Take pictures of the apt when you move out to avoid gouging. For the price great place to live, but does need some improvement on the day to day operations of the propertyProperty Manager Responded

Gorgeous ground and amazing staff!
July 20, 2015I have lived in Simi Valley since 1982. I was 10 years old when we moved here from Canoga Park,CA. Needless to say I have lived in quite a few different apartment buildings in this city over the years. This is a gated community which makes it extra safe for families and children. I have never seen a more friendly or attentive staff. The maintenance staff as well as the administrative staff is impeccable. This experience at the Americana Seimei apartments has been the best apartment living ...experience I have ever had! I have a 13-year-old son so it is important to me to live in a safe environment.
