Read your lease!!
April 1, 2021This place is awful. We signed a 6 month lease and after that went on to a month to month lease. This morning (April 1st) the office manager Deborah called my brother and told us that we had to leave the unit that day. I called myself to speak with her after having a look at the lease where it stated that if the occupants do no/can not leave when prompted to, then they will be forced to pay double the rent (on a day today basis). We agreed to pay double the rent on a day today basis but were ...still told that we would have to pay for the next occupants hotel room as well as storage unit until we do vacate the premises. Stunning space!
March 15, 2021I've been here for two years, I have a number of loves and no complaints. Staff are friendly and responsive to issues. OK issues were entirely my fault and they were very professional even though they could have laughed in my face (I thought that a beeping was going on behind my fridge...seems it was a bad battery in my digital thermometer, I'm only sharing that to those who just have to know). Easy access to I840 and 24, very convenient to shopping. Very spacious, open living space with tons of ...storage. Pet friendly. Love the work outroom and pool. October 18, 2019What's better than a brand new apartment? One that is affordable! That's exactly what Annadale is! From the moment you turn on Westlawn Blvd you are greeted with the architecturally outstanding community. There are so many amenities that we are excited about including the pet park and 24 hour fitness center. The layout is very functional and open concept and the interior is gorgeous. The quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances make the apartment feel luxurious. My favorite part of the ...apartment is the garden tub in both of the bathrooms.
