At 1050 sq ft, our residents enjoy the pleasing spaciousness of their 2 bdrm/ 2 bath apartment homes. Each home features a full size washer/ dryer as well as open kitchen/ dining areas that include generous counter space with a breakfast bar. End units have built in entertainment centers. Saturday & Sunday are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Come and see our beautiful grounds. We're located off of Green Acres on a private, low traffic, dead end street. Just walking distance from Market of Choice, Walmart, Starbucks, Cafe Yumm, International Fitness and so much more! Our site will immediately give you a sense of community. As an Applewood resident you can enjoy our beautiful recreation room fitness center, and the private outside picnic tables with barbecues (covered area). Great place to live!
September 18, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comApplewood Apartments are located very conveniently close to essential businesses. There is a grocery store and a Walmart within walking distance across the street and another full grocery store (Fred Meyer) about one mile away. There are hair salons, a Home Depot, and many restaurants all within walking distance. The apartments are all about 1,130 sq ft. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a patio or balcony with each apartment. The apartments are well managed and quiet. There is ...never any trouble or excess noise. I have been here for over 5 years! This is the only semi-large apartment complex in the area. The neighborhood is predominately single family houses. The apartments are well laid out. They are all 8 unit buildings with ground floor units and only one floor above with units. Even the usual UPS driver is friendly! They also include a washer and dryer in each apartment.Read More
