I would recommend people to rent this place. Parking is very limited but you can park at Hilton which is just across the street. Maintenance team has been very responsive usually takes a day.

We have been living here now for 4 years and 5 months. It definitely feels like HOME to us. The staff are amazing, especially Kristine. She always takes time out of her day to say HI and check in on us. The cleaning crew are doing an amazing job.

Staff and Maintainance have always been helpful and try to address any problems but there has been a lot of turnover lately. The building has had a lot of issues lately with being down to one elevator for the whole building leading to long wait times. Our events have also changed with weekly breakfast being taken away without any notice. Hoping things will stabilize soon.

Artistry on 10th is by far the best place I've ever lived! Here are the top things I love about it:
It feels very secure, with a locked package room and elevator access that requires a key tap to reach your floor.
Target is conveniently close by.
The community hosts fun events like movie nights and craft workshops—great way to meet people!
Friday breakfasts are a real treat! They're always different, and they make the start of the weekend feel extra cheerful.
The gym is open 24/7 and has ...
everything you need—super helpful if you spend a lot of time sitting during the day.
The lobby and shared spaces are beautifully designed—warm and stylish with a cozy, chalet-meets-eclectic vibe. And the rooftop fireplace? Just perfect!
