August 22, 2025Staff and Maintainance have always been helpful and try to address any problems but there has been a lot of turnover lately. The building has had a lot of issues lately with being down to one elevator for the whole building leading to long wait times. Our events have also changed with weekly breakfast being taken away without any notice. Hoping things will stabilize soon.Property Manager Responded

Here are the top things I love about it: It feels very secure, with a locked package room and elevator access that requires a key tap to reach your floor. Target is conveniently close by. The community hosts fun events like movie nights and craft workshops—great way to meet people! Friday breakfasts are a real treat! They're always different, and they make the start of the weekend feel extra cheerful. The gym is open 24/7 and has ...everything you need—super helpful if you spend a lot of time sitting during the day. April 21, 2025I like the Apartment complex, the set ups in the lobby, to the amenities, how clean and up to date things are. Many things to do in the apartment complex that does not require stepping outside. The staff are very helpful and professional. You need to tap your key in elevator to get to your floor 2. Target is near 3. Community events! Like movie nights, craft making and so on 4. Friday breakfasts! They are so different and Friday becomes much happier from the morning. Like! 5. Well equipped gym that available 24/7. So important with sedentary lifestyle 6. Design of lobby and common ...areas. Like movie nights and different craftings. Friday becomes much happier from the morning thanks to friday breakfasts. Like! Also Gym is well equipped. And cool that it is available 24/7.
