Neat.Quiet.Fantastic customer service!
March 10, 2021I have just moved from NY and most apartments wanted me to pay a certain first time fee because I didn't have any rent history in Texas. In addition to the quiet environment, affordable apartments and prompt response to fixing issues,they made the process very easy for me and best òf all, waived the first time fee due to my good credits. Don't let the pool pic fool you it's not clean there
