New Management Sucks
November 27, 2021Moved into these apartments before the ownership transition occurred. We loved the previous management. Within two weeks of new managemen taking over, I was looking for a new home. Management is uncooperative, unprofessional and non communicative now. One star is much too generous for this garbage tier management company.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE DONT MOVE HERE
October 11, 2021New management and they never answer!! Tried contacting them 2 weeks prior to my move out notice and they answered AFTER my 30 day and are now trying to charge me extra. Apartments are put together HORRIBLE TOOProperty Manager Responded

NO AC! Poorly maintained/Shady Billing Practices
July 1, 2020The common areas are poorly maintained and you can expect to be nickel-and-dimed for every thing. We toured our unit as they were prepping for our arrival, went out of state to retrieve our stuff and when we came back, barely anything had been addressed. There were knife holes in the walls and dust everywhere. The last tenants had some kind of confetti all over the stairs, the didn't vacuum. There were mouse droppings under the kitchen cabinets, visible mouse traps, the counters were not properly ...supported with visible gaps between appliances and the sides of the cabinets. There was caked dirt and debris and I couldn't even reach it to clean it. There was a broken bulb in one of the light fixtures. There was massive water damage in the kitchen cabinets and in the bathroom. Their solution is just to paint over everything. This place was disgusting. If we didn't have a uhaul full of stuff and our deposit money tied up we would have left, which we should have done anyway. The office staff seems friendly but they really just give lip service and nothing gets done. They constantly overwatered the muddy common areas which made it worse. There was trash all over the place. Our vehicle as well as a couple of neighbors vehicles were broken in to. They overcharge for utilities and common area fees. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is. Seriously... live ANYWHERE else!Property Manager Responded

Sandie is the greatest
June 14, 2019We have lived here for almost 4 years and never had any major problems Sandie is the best manager we have ever had. Shes so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately we have to move for medical reasons. Or this would have been our home permanently. The maintenance guys are very helpful and work orders are done right away.
