People stay here to be aware of these things and I am not recommended this apartment.
May 17, 2021We stayed here for almost 2.6 years and move out to another area. Before we left, we cleaned everything including carpet, bathtub, shelf, and stove, etc... After one month they send out the final account statement and I suppose to pay $867. There is no stain on the carpet and they charged $285 (carpet replacement proportion - 5 years of life), Stove replacement $300, tub resurface $200, and cleaning $40. People stay here to be aware of these things and I am not recommended this apartment.Review from Apartments.com

Love Atherton
November 2, 2020I have lived here for about a year and love it! It’s a very quiet and clean community. The pool is beautiful! The units are very nice with great layouts. I always feel very safe in my unit, the parking lot, and all around the complex. The staff is great! In the office everyone is very polite and attentive. The maintenance crew is also very quick and responsive. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here!Review from Apartments.com

May 24, 2019I have complained about my neighbor for over 5 times about their dog leaving dirt in my patio and loud music from the night till the morning. Atherton management has never cared about it. They even deleted my service request and never replied my e-mails. When I visited the office and told my problem they said they do not know about the next step and they will ask their manager but that never happened. The only thing they do is cleaning my patio once a week but that is not a permanent ...solution! IMy patio smells awful and I cannot do anything about it, I can't even use my own patio at summer night! I do not recommend anyone.
