Choose this apartment if you have lot of money in your hand. Please don’t fall for this high ratings. When you leave this apartment expect a bill around 1000 or over . Even if you keep your apartment so perfectly, still they charge you with so many things that you don’t even expect. So my humble request to all middle class people don’t choose this apartment.

Even if you keep your apartment so perfectly, still they charge you with so many things that you don’t even expect. So my humble request to all middle class people don’t choose this apartment.
People stay here to be aware of these things and I am not recommended this apartment.

We stayed here for almost 2.6 years and move out to another area. Before we left, we cleaned everything including carpet, bathtub, shelf, and stove, etc...
After one month they send out the final account statement and I suppose to pay $867. There is no stain on the carpet and they charged $285 (carpet replacement proportion - 5 years of life), Stove replacement $300, tub resurface $200, and cleaning $40.
People stay here to be aware of these things and I am not recommended this apartment.

I have lived here for about a year and love it! It’s a very quiet and clean community. The pool is beautiful! The units are very nice with great layouts. I always feel very safe in my unit, the parking lot, and all around the complex. The staff is great! In the office everyone is very polite and attentive. The maintenance crew is also very quick and responsive. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here!

I have complained about my neighbor for over 5 times about their dog leaving dirt in my patio and loud music from the night till the morning. Atherton management has never cared about it. They even deleted my service request and never replied my e-mails. When I visited the office and told my problem they said they do not know about the next step and they will ask their manager but that never happened. The only thing they do is cleaning my patio once a week but that is not a permanent ...

IMy patio smells awful and I cannot do anything about it, I can't even use my own patio at summer night!
I do not recommend anyone. I will move out as soon as possible.
