December 16, 2024I’m incredibly pleased with my experience at this Atrium Regency apartment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. The price is excellent for the quality and size of the apartment. The managers, Norma and Jocelyn, are exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. I like Atrium regency
July 18, 2019I like here service is good. I live here 6 years. Jose is a good maintenance. Norma in office is nice to me. They give good ice cream and candy to us for special days. AMAZING EXPIRIENCE
March 22, 2019I've been living here for about a year almost. Honestly I love every day I've lived in these apartments. The staff is super friendly and quick when it comes to resident service / assistance. They hold monthly events in which we can all participate and come together. I enjoy the private and calm environment when I get home from campus. Sometimes you just wanna get home and sleep and not be disturbed , Atrium does a great job at that. I feel very safe and secure with the security system established ...in the property. I've lived for about 10 years in southwest Houston and Atrium has been perfect since day one . Excellent Experience
March 11, 2019I recently moved here with my wife and children, it is an excellent place for living, very quiet, clean and comfortable. They are all great people focused on the wellness of the residents. An especial mention to Arelis and Mr Jose (Maintenance), they are very kind and professional doing their jobs. The maintenance personnel is awesome. I would absolutely recommend this place. Update : After our second year , we have had a very good experience as well. Honest Review
August 4, 2017With Entrance door keys, camers, and the apartment's design Atrium Regency is a very safe place to live. The parking on site is convently located and abundent. I wish the floors and walls were built thicker. They are very easy to hear through. Thankfully, I have very quiet neighbors. The staffs customer service for me individually wasn't the greatest. Not to mention the way they out right treated me different with their looks and conversation, there were actually some sourt of speakers put in ...every room of my apartment the day I moved in that were not there during the viewing a few days prior. Also there is some sourt of moldy smell inside of my kitchen cabinets. However, maintenance and office personnel stated that they weren't able to smell anything at all. Awesome place
July 31, 2017I stayed here for a year. It is a quiet and safe place! You never have to worry about not having a parking spot, or having your car vandalized since it's a gated community. Areli and Stephanie are wonderful people. They'll make sure that your requests for maintenance are fulfilled at the earliest possible. I will miss this place, to be honest.
