AUTUMN PINES IS.. BUT..

PARKING IS HORRIBLE! THEY HAD A TOWING TRUCK TOW MY SECOND VEHICLE FROM IN FRONT OF MY OWN GARAGE. WE WERE TOLD EACH RESIDENT CAN PARK IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE AS LONG AS THE GARAGE IS OPEN. HOWEVER THE TOWING COMPANY "ON SITE TOWING" POLITELY TOWED MY CAR WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS. THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT PARKING BECAUSE IT'S UNSAFE FOR WOMEN AND ELDERLY WALKING FROM THE FRONT OF THE APARTMENTS TO THEIR APARTMENTS AT NIGHT.

The staff is wonderful, very patient and friendly. The landscape is well maintained. My 2 bedroom is large compared to a lot of other apartments nearby. When I have guests over they a surprised at how big and beautiful the apartment is. Lots of cabinet space throughout, granite contertop, walk in closet in the master bedroom and my kids room has two closets! As a single mother I am very comfortable and my kids feel very safe here. I have not experienced or heard of any crime happening it is very ...

quiet and peaceful for the most part. - Downside is parking is first come, my guests usually have to park far away but I'm just happy that my unit has an attached garage for myself! (If im not mistaken, I believe all unit's come with garage) and they do have an option for covered parking for an extra monthly charge. - Also they will charge you and change replacement (window) blinds immediately if they see that they are damaged or missing. :( Goes to show how much they care about appearance. Overall I am happy with it, and will be renewing my lease soon.

These apartments are very quiet. Maintenance keeps the apartments very clean. After hours emergency maintenance. Pool is open all year long from 10 am to 9pm. The gym is also very clean and is open till 5 pm. The parking is a hassle since its first come first serve. Granite counter tops. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Walk in closets. Washer and dryer hook ups. Central AC. Gated. Remote entry.
