These apartments are the WORST. The staff is incredibly friendly, but the community is horrible. Loud and obnoxious neighbors, drugs, and a horrible maintenance staff made living there for a year unbearable. I am so happy to have moved out. I had multiple issues in my apartment (AC not cooling, never having water pressure in the shower, etc.) AND to top it off, no matter how hard I tried to keep this apartment clean it was INFESTED with roaches. If I could give only one piece of advice to any ...
prospective renter in the Conroe area it would be to NOT LEASE AT AUTUMNWOOD.
