June 25, 2025Do not rent this apartment. Make sure you visit around 5 or 6. It's loud and there will be a ton of people just hanging outside smoking blunts and blasting music. Management doesn't care even if they are told. Beware!Property Manager Responded

Room for improvement
September 21, 2019These places don’t look like the pictures, they chose to upgrade all the units to laminate flooring and granite countertops but never updated the photos online. The upgrades are beautiful and make a huge difference. The manager is really sweet and helpful. If I could change anything it would be if they could make it gated, there have been random homeless people trying to wiggle the door handles or stay in the units that are getting renovated. New management=disappointing
August 14, 2015We use to love this place and the only reason we stay is the convenience. Every year they have raised the rent but since these townhomes have come under new management they have raised the rent $200. The price currently listed is incorrect, rent is now actually $1150 and honestly for the size of these places that isn't bad. But they haven't taken care of the place. The grasses hasn't been mowed in at least three weeks. You don't see any maintenance taking place to improve these townhomes. We ...called for plumbing issues and they still haven't been resolved. August 14, 2015I am disabled and this apartment has everything I need, walk in shower, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen big enough for me to move around in, dinning room, and living room. Water, trash, and sewer and even cable is included with my rent. The price per month can't be beat for everything one gets.Review from Apartments.com
