Time to GO and RUN

2 yrs living here. In that time everything went crazy. Neighbors throwing trash everywhere stains on the concrete floor of God knows what. Someone tried busting into our master bedroom, contacted the office but they said they can't do anything on it. Biggest headache to rent from in YEARS. Save yourself the time and horror and just go elsewhere

Rude and Unhelpful staff

I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life by members of staff. Incredibly poor customer service. I have attempted to reach multiple members of staff and have been hung up on! That is unacceptable. I am requesting that someone in a supervisory/managerial position contact me ASAP. I have been a loyal tenant for over 2 years, and I should not be treated like a loiterer.

The wife and I are starting our third year here at Avalon. This also happens to be our third set of managers. They have been outstanding since there arrival. No complaints. Actually they have been the best out of the three sets of managers we have had to deal with. I've had great experience with the maintenance personnel also.Always there when I need them. My biggest complaint would be residents with their loud car music and speeding through the parking areas. That's normal for Vegas. I would ...

Terrible
August 8, 2015
This condominium complex recently underwent new management and I can thoroughly say that they have driven this place downhill. The amenities (pool, fitness room, etc.) are never maintained and much of the equipment is dirty or damaged, and there is constantly an aroma of weed smoke that permeates through the vents . Not to mention the ladies running the office are completely incompetent and clueless. These condos/ apartments are in a good location but don't be fooled. I would strongly recommend ...
renting elsewhere!
