I have been here for about 8 months and I love this new management team. The old people that were in this office told you what you wanted to hear and after you moved in they were careless. The old company would never answer the phones and the maintenance guys were terrible. I have recommended this place to my friends and they are very happy. Come check them out, the office ladies are amazing.

So recently we had our management changed and everything has gone down hill in less than 2 weeks. No lights, trash not being picked up, pool was closed for a week, and maintenance haven’t been doing their jobs not even taking the order residents have been placing because lastnight one of the unit AC caught smoke. So please be careful and stay safe. Don’t come here until they change management.We are paying too much money for shitty service. They should be paying us for doing their jobs or ...

lowering our rent if we going to keep receiving these type of services.

I toured the property on 9/1/21 and fell in love. The self guided tour was fun and easy. The property is beautiful and well kept. Jianell answered EVERY question I had and she follows up in a timely manner. I've only encountered one employee but so far so good. I applied today (9/2/2021) and was approved. The application process was fully explained and easy. I like there is easy access to grocery stores, food options and Hwy 59. I would 10/10 recommend Virtual Living. I cant wait to move in.

I requested a tour online for Apartment B2. Jianell followed up with me because that floor plan wasn't available for tour until a few days after my scheduled date but B3 was. I was fine with viewing a similar plan. Jianell was AMAZING!! I felt comfortable with her because she was very personable yet really professional at the same time. you live so close together not to have that since of camaraderie. The application process was all online and was so fast and easy. We were approved and given the leasing information the same day we applied. We move in, in 2 months and are so excited!

Such a beautiful property! From the moment I walked in -I felt like I had finally found my home! Jianell was my leasing agent-and she is the sweetest-kindness person! Made me feel really welcome. When she showed me the model apartment I was interested in-I fell in love with it! Jianell was excited as I was. The process of renting was really easy. I’ve been here a month now and really like it! A great place to call home!!

I have been living here since March 2019 and I will be renewing my lease. The Manager Jennifer and office staff are friendly, kind, thoughtful, and have also gone out of there way to help residents during the Covid19 pandemic. The maintenance crew are truly one of a kind. They keep the grounds immaculate, respond immediately to maintenance request, friendly, and they keep the pool looking beautiful all year round. friendly too. This property is also a great location to live in too. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance, hwy 59 is easy access to the airport, and easy access to downtown Houston too. This is definitely the best apartment I have ever lived. I was living in the apartment 1032. View from my balcony is amazing. I’m soo happy that I chose this apartment to live.The management is such a sweethearts, very helpful.Everything gets fixed the same day. The cleanest apartment ever, no roaches not even one leaf on the grass.Very luxury. Worth every penny of the price. I would love to live here untill I buy a house. Definitely the best apartment to live in. You will never regret!!!!!

The person ranting about this that and the other is just being extra. Yes the parking is a little inconvenient. Only because certain residents cough cough let their friends park in our spots not the visitors. This place is great to live in. Ppl bein too choosy. The front staff keya and Brooklyn are the best hands down. They have taken care of me and my wife from jump and we are going into yr 2 here. Ignore the negativity and come join our community. We all grill and chill together. Everyone looks ...

out for each other. If you have kids this is a great place for them to grow up. There are always at least 5 sets of families at the pool letting their kids make friends while parents get too as well. Its the best your gonna find in kingwood for the money trust me there.
