February 23, 2025Please read… Me and my husband did two tours at Aventine with Maddy she was amazing. We were told apply so we can lock in our rate. We have never in 7 years missed a single payment for any rental properties. We have the proof and the references. We make pretty good income combined. We were never told anything about a potential extra month worth of extra payment. That was never part of the conversation. We were never told that the Law enforcement incentive that my husband would get had a cap. We ...were only emailed about the deposit that is required and nothing further. I feel like myself and my husband were mislead or the information was not accurate. If we were told about this potential extra month we wouldn’t have applied. We applied to a different apartment that waived the application fees due to my husbands work and we came back approved no issues. We got approved…. We just have to pay a hidden extra month.. I understand you will probably say it’s not hidden or nothing you guys do is wrong. Because you will always protect the best interest of the property. However, this is how we feel and how nothing was brought to us or emailed to us about a potential extra month. We would want a solution not a generic response.. This property deserves to be a 5 star property but there is some minor stuff that makes it very inconvenient for the potential resident. It will slowly go downhill if this is not looked at. When we first looked at this property it was nearly 5 stars. This is what caught our attention and within a week it’s almost lost a full star.. I lost my application fee and basically my money I worth hard my husband works very hard. My husband and I invested money into the companies stock and now we don’t think it’s such a great idea what else aren’t they disclaiming?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The staff is welcoming, and attentive and they appreciate their residents. More importantly, we love our neighbors, and we have a great community of people.
