Convenient location and quiet. Good neighbors. But apartments though painted externally recently are very old. Some residents left due to health issues caused by mold etc. Gate is always broken and open. Service requests can take forever to complete. Residents raise requests and when not fixed try to fix issues by themselves. Appliances are the cheapest models and very old but are not replaced until it stops working. Apt may not be ready at move-in, it's one's luck after moving in on what gets ...
fixed. Office staff is polite but not quick or satisfactory in responses. Grounds not cleaned regularly, one can slip on the pile of leaves. It was sold to a new owner - after that the resident portal looks like a school project, very sketchy to use to pay rent. There are many better modern apartments coming up within the vicinity, so this may not be the best living experience it once used to be.

Overall, I'm very happy to live here. It's a beautiful apartment complex that feels more like actual homes than typical apartments. The prices are great for the area and quality of the homes. The apartments are spacious and the layouts make so much sense. I love how quiet the neighborhood is, it's incredibly peaceful here. Everything is done with care and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. I will be staying here a long time

Application and moving process were easy and instructions, fees, etc were very clear. I had to travel for work immediately after moving and they were able to work with my timeline and were very understanding. Anise and Stephanie took all of my initial move in questions and concerns seriously and unlike other properties that I have lived at responded quickly and were very resolution oriented!!
