Perfect place to live!

I have lived in my apartment for just over a year now and I can honestly call it home. The property is maintained very well, our neighbors are friendly and we never have any issues with noise. The apartments come with nice washers and dryers, as well as stainless steel appliances. The pool has covered seating as well as a gas powered bonfire, so it's easy and fun for us to have friends over for a get together at the pool. There are also bathrooms and a shower area located near the pool. Anytime ...
we've needed a filter change for our a/c or refrigerator the main office has responded promptly. It's also very easy to pay rent online and submit maintenance requests through their website. The only problem we've really had with the property is that there isn't a lot of open parking, so friends and family occasionally have trouble trying to park when they visit. Other than that, Avilla is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new little home!
