I have lived here for about a year now, and I can say the office staff is amazing! Xochil is always very polite and always ready to help. There’s plenty of place to shop around here and the aquarium is up the road!

It's not home, by any means. You have to be a nuisance to get things fixed. I understand they are a big place, but FR, a month PLUS to get anything done is pushing it. The GYM does NOT EXIST except to look at through the locked doors. Mgr says corporate closed due to the "vid", but that's been over 2 years ago, and they still don't have the gym open. Maintenance guys/gals are super nice and run like crazy all day! THEY are the TRUE champions here! The office and mgr can't even be bothered to ...
return a phone call. The pool is quite a tiny pool for such a big place, so summer should be quite "fun" (not!). It's only a year, so I guess i can suffer that long.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The office staff are neglectful. They could not care less to get anything done for you. Dog poop at almost every step. Yeah, you could walk on the sidewalk when there is one but those are few and far between. You have to be picky where you park because there is always glass around from cars being broken into. If you have a maintenance emergency, that’s too bad because it’ll take 4-5 hours for them to come fix it. Just don’t waste your money or time moving ...
